1st Chopwell Scout Group

1st Chopwell Scout Group provides fun, challenge and adventure for around 40 young people in the village of Chopwell in outer west Gateshead. They have active Beaver, Cub and Scout sections taking part in both traditional and modern Scouting activities all year wrong. Find out more about them by using the tabs above.

Beavers - Tuesday 5pm - 6pm
Cubs - Thursday 6:30pm - 8pm
Scouts - Tuesday 7pm - 9pm

Coffee Mornings

On the second Saturday of every month we have our monthly coffee morning. We open the hut up to members of the local community to enjoy a hot drink, cakes, scones, raffles and bacon butties! The next coffee morning dates are as follows:

  • Saturday 9th December 2pm - 4pm
  • Saturday 13th January 10am - 12pm
