Tonight’s AGM was a great success with a good turn out of leaders from within the district. Census numbers where a high talking point, and although in some areas of the district numbers lacked, overall we have seen a great increase in the total number of people. We will publish full details of the census soon.
We’d also like to congratulate Jamie Ion who was presented his wood badge at tonight’s AGM. Jamie, who is an ASL at Chopwell, has successfully ran our website over the past few years.
 

As part of the ongoing training within Blaydon District we have decided to post updates about how well the District is doing. We will also be posting information about those members who have received their Wood Badge for completing all of their training (Wood Badge pictured left). Members who receive their Chief Scout’s length of service award will also be credited in this section. This week we’d like to congratulate the following individuals for the modules that they have completed.
